My own health journey is what sparked my passion for holistic nutrition and women’s health.

When I was 23 I was told that I might not be able to conceive naturally one day. I had come off of the hormonal birth control pill 2 years prior after being on it consistently for 7 years, from the age of 15. I hadn’t had my period in 2 years, I was very much in the thick of disordered eating which for me looked like under eating and over exercising, my stress response was through the roof, I was struggling with PTSD from my childhood, and because of all of these things I was so disconnected from my body, my hormones were all over the place, I felt terrible all the time, and no matter what I did things were not shifting.

I was tired of having my symptoms dismissed and feeling like I wasn’t being taken seriously by countless different doctors, so I found the answers myself.

I do an extensive intake to get to the root cause of your symptoms and what’s going on, I then develop a 3-month road map and personalized plan for your goals and needs. I use nutritional therapy, vitamin & mineral supplementation, superfoods, stress reducing practices, and a holistic lifestyle approach.

 I specialize in women’s health, hormonal imbalances, and healing skin conditions like; hormonal acne, rosacea, etc.
